Just because someone has a heart attack doesn't mean they can't perform again. I'm sure his performing will depend on if he's able and willing to perform, his overall health, and the severity of the damage to his heart muscle. He didn't actually have a heart attack, just tachycardia (his heart was beating faster than normal), and replace Paul Stanley?? Psh... impossible.
I don't think so and I hope not..
