What are the fundamental differences between human male and female faces? (Other than makeup, hair, etc)?

I can't figure out what it is about the shape of a face that tells my brain the gender. I know it has to do with the lower face but I can't seem to recreate it accurately in drawings.What are the fundamental differences between human male and female faces? (Other than makeup, hair, etc)?
